Mid-Level Associate, Capital Markets (San Francisco)

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a technology-focused capital markets group in the San Francisco office of a national law firm. The role centers on public company securities offerings, including registered equity transactions such as IPOs and follow-on offerings, and involves working across the underwriting and offering documentation process.

The team handles representation of issuers and works closely with deal teams on comfort letters, counsel opinions and other offering deliverables. The group is collaborative and client-facing, with opportunities to develop further expertise in technology and life sciences transactions.

• Prior experience with public company securities work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings)
• Familiarity with the underwriting process, comfort letters, counsel opinions and offering documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent academic credentials
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
