- Mid‑level associate with demonstrable experience in fixed‑income derivatives and structured credit transactions
- Strong familiarity with ISDA and MRA/GMRA documentation and negotiation
- Experience with security agreements and related transactional documentation
- Knowledge of regulatory issues affecting derivatives and structured credit in transactional settings
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and deal‑execution skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team
