Seeking mid-level associates to join a Global Funds / private funds team at a major international firm. Positions are open to candidates who can be based in New York, Washington, D.C. or San Francisco.

Ideal candidates will have several years of private funds experience and strong academic and professional credentials. The role involves working on formation, structuring and regulatory matters for investment funds across hedge fund and related strategies.

3–5 years' private funds experience (mid-level associates)
Admission to the New York, D.C. or California bar (or ability to obtain admission)
