Top-tier corporate group seeks a mid-level associate to join a life sciences-focused practice in New York. The team handles corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare and technology companies across the US, Asia and internationally.

Work includes venture and growth equity financings, public company matters (including registered offerings and ongoing SEC representation), M&A and corporate governance. Candidates with direct life sciences experience are preferred; strong interest in the sector will also be considered.

Successful candidates will work on deal teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently. Required: strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication, and relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain it promptly.

2–4 years of transactional corporate experience (PQE)
Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC filings, and M&A transactions
Life sciences experience preferred, or demonstrable interest in the sector
Comfort working in teams and managing significant deal components independently
Outstanding academics and strong written/verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
