Mid-Level Associate, Real Estate — Atlanta

Growing real estate practice in Atlanta is seeking a mid-level transactional associate to join its commercial real estate team. The role focuses on sophisticated, deal-side work for institutional and developer clients across a broad range of commercial real estate matters.

The successful candidate will work on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development matters and leasing, and will collaborate closely with partners and deal teams on contract drafting, due diligence and closing processes. The group values strong writing, commercial judgment and a team-oriented approach.

• At least 3 years PQE in commercial real estate transactional work
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development and leasing
• Strong academic record, legal writing and analytical skills
• Large-firm transactional experience preferred; collaborative team player
