Top-tier law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join a Technology Companies team in the San Jose office. The role focuses on representing technology clients across corporate and transactional matters, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working collaboratively on deal teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently. Strong drafting and communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and a clear deal record are required. Relevant bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is necessary.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Prior associate experience at a law firm or in-house with technology company representation
Transactional experience: venture financings, M&A, and private/public offerings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
