Mid-level corporate associate opportunity within a dedicated life sciences practice advising high-growth and public companies across the US, Asia and other global markets. The team handles a full range of corporate transactional work for venture-backed and publicly listed life sciences, healthcare and technology companies.

Typical matters include equity financings, IPOs and other registered offerings, M&A, corporate governance and ongoing SEC representation. The role offers transactional exposure across the company lifecycle and collaboration on cross-border transactions.

The group seeks a collaborative, commercially minded lawyer able to manage substantial components of deals while contributing effectively on deal teams.

2-4 years' corporate/transactional experience (PQE)
Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC representation and M&A transactions
Life sciences experience preferred but strong interest in the sector will be considered
Proven ability to work in teams and handle significant transaction components independently; excellent academic record and communication skills
