Corporate & Business Transactions Midlevel Associate

Top-tier US law firm seeks a midlevel associate to join its corporate and business transactions team across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, with significant responsibility for drafting and negotiating transaction documents and supporting deal execution.

Successful candidates will join a busy transactional practice handling a range of corporate matters and will collaborate with partners and deal teams across offices. The position is open to candidates based in several U.S. locations and will require admission to the bar in the state of the office to which the candidate applies.

• 3–5 years of law firm experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating transaction agreements
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills
• Active bar membership in the state of the hiring office
