We are seeking an Associate with 3–6 years' experience in IP and technology transactions to join a busy Silicon Valley team. The role focuses on technology and life‑sciences related commercial arrangements, including advising on IP aspects of corporate transactions and cross‑border matters.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate agreements, provide practical legal advice to sophisticated clients, collaborate with lawyers across offices, and mentor more junior team members. 3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in IP and technology transactions, ideally with technology and/or life‑sciences exposure
Proven drafting and negotiation skills for commercial, technology and IP agreements
Experience supporting IP aspects of corporate and cross‑border transactions
Comfort interacting directly with clients and mentoring junior lawyers
