Mid-Level Associate — Trademark, Copyright & Media

Mid-level associate role in a national Intellectual Property practice, open to candidates in New York or California. The team handles trademark, copyright and media matters in a high-volume, litigation-focused environment with hybrid working arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have several years of law firm experience in trademark and copyright litigation and trial work, strong writing and analytical skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. Candidates from nationally recognized law schools and prior experience at large law firms are preferred.

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the state where based (NY or CA)
• 4–6 years of trademark and copyright litigation and trial experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced matters and work both independently and in teams
• Excellent organization, judgment, and client-focused communication skills
