Mid-level Commercial Disputes Associate — Newark

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy commercial disputes team in Newark. The role involves managing general commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, including multi-district litigation and class actions.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing and managing discovery workflows, with substantial e-discovery involvement. The team offers active mentoring and opportunities for increasing responsibility and client contact.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience (commercial litigation, MDL, or class actions)
• Admitted to or eligible to sit for the New Jersey Bar
• Proven experience managing discovery and e-discovery; strong research and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong communication skills
