Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Corporate (Montgomery County, PA)

A growing national law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate for its Montgomery County, PA office to join an established corporate practice. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and transactional matters, including private equity and venture capital financings, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.

The associate will draft and negotiate transactional documents (stock/asset purchase agreements, commercial contracts), support corporate governance matters, and work directly with clients on routine aspects of transactions. The position requires the ability to handle matters independently and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; admission to the Pennsylvania bar required.
• 4–6 years of corporate and M&A transactional experience.
• Experience drafting commercial contracts, stock/asset purchase agreements and other transactional documents.
• Working knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts.
• Strong writing skills and demonstrated academic record.
• Comfort working independently and interacting directly with clients; large-firm experience preferred.
• Strong ties to Montgomery County, PA area.
