Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Denver

Seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a busy M&A and private equity practice in Denver. The role focuses on public and private company M&A and related transactional matters, with exposure to private equity, transactional energy and infrastructure, and capital markets–related transactions.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and other transactional documentation, able to manage client relationships, and ready to contribute on complex deals within an international platform. Excellent academic credentials and prior law firm transactional experience are preferred.

• 3–5 years post-qualification transactional experience, with significant M&A exposure
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills for acquisition agreements and related transactional documents
• Experience or interest in private equity, energy/infrastructure transactions and capital markets–related M&A
• Strong interpersonal, communication and client-management abilities; commercial judgment and maturity
• Excellent academic record; prior experience at a large regional, national or international law firm preferred
