Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate — Jacksonville

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy Labor & Employment team in the Jacksonville office of a leading national law firm. The group advises employers on the full range of employment matters, including compliance, traditional labor issues, internal investigations, executive compensation, and defense-side employment litigation.

The role offers immediate, hands-on responsibility in high‑stakes employment disputes across state and federal courts and arbitral forums. You will work on matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, ERISA, restrictive covenants, union matters, and regulatory claims, serving clients across multiple industries.
