Mid-level litigation associate role in a busy Birmingham litigation group handling commercial and regulatory matters. The team works on multi-faceted, complex cases and seeks an associate who can manage discovery, draft motions, and contribute at every stage of litigation.

This is a partnership-track position on a collaborative team that offers international platform opportunities and formal professional development. The role is office-based with an expectation of regular onsite presence.

3-5 years transferable litigation experience (PQE)
Licensed to practice in Alabama and residing in the Birmingham area at time of hire
Proven litigation procedure experience (drafting motions, managing discovery in complex cases)
Excellent research and writing skills; strong communication and client-facing ability
Exceptional academic record, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters
Office-based role with expectation to be onsite regularly (minimum three business days per week)
