Mid-Level Litigation Associate — Technology & IP Litigation

Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join a national litigation team representing technology and life‑sciences clients. The role involves handling copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action and complex commercial matters across multiple U.S. offices.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience, strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and excellent academic credentials. The position is hybrid and open to candidates in any of the firm's U.S. offices; bar admission or eligibility to sit/waive into the office state is required.

• 3–5 years' litigation experience (copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action and/or complex commercial litigation)
• Barred in the hiring office state or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

• Ability to work collaboratively on cross‑office matters in a hybrid environment
