Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy real estate team with openings in Washington, D.C. and Tysons. The role focuses on transactional work across acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, and joint venture/private equity matters. Familiarity with real estate finance is a plus.

Successful candidates will manage small-to-mid sized matters or discrete components of larger matters, work closely with clients, and produce high-quality transactional drafting and due diligence. 2-4 years' real estate transactional experience (large law firm experience preferred; boutique real estate experience considered)
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, and/or private equity transactions
Comfort with managing portions of larger matters and running small-to-mid sized matters
Strong oral and written communication, legal research, and transaction-drafting skills; real estate finance experience a plus
