Top-tier global law firm seek a midlevel associate to join its Washington, DC real estate team. The role focuses on transactional and development matters for investors, developers and lenders across industrial and technology-related sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, real estate development documentation, lender-side financing documents, and conducting title and survey review and due diligence. Matters frequently involve joint ventures, leasing, multi‑family, planned communities/condominiums and industrial/data-center projects.

The team offers active mentoring and increasing client contact in a fast-paced, international practice. Candidates should be able to manage competing deadlines, work independently and collaborate within deal teams.

3–4 years of real estate transactional and development experience
Experience preparing purchase and sale agreements, development documentation, and lender-side finance work
Comfort with title and survey review and conducting real estate due diligence
Experience in joint ventures, leasing, real estate finance, multi‑family, planned communities/condominiums or industrial/data‑center projects is a plus
Self-starter with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage competing client deadlines
