Join a specialist Real Estate Finance team advising international banks, investment funds and public-sector clients on complex cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance and restructurings.

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm banking/finance department, ideally with Luxembourg experience
  • Qualified lawyer admitted to practise
  • Strong interest and experience in Banking & Finance and real estate finance (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, restructurings)
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent technical drafting, communication and client-facing skills; proactive and team-oriented
