Busy Miami real estate group seeks a mid-level transactions attorney to join a commercial real estate team. The role focuses on managing deals, leading diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents across a range of asset types.

Work includes purchase and sale agreements, joint-venture negotiations, commercial contracts and real estate lending matters. The team is seeking someone who can step in immediately and contribute to live matters in a fast-paced practice.

3–5 years' commercial real estate transactional experience.
Hands-on experience with purchase & sale transactions, joint-venture negotiations, commercial contracting and/or real estate lending (borrower or lender side).
Proven ability to manage deal workflow, lead diligence review and produce clear, accurate drafting.
Organized, detail-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent academic credentials.
