Join a national law firm’s recognized Sports Practice Group as a transactional attorney in the 4th–5th year class. The role focuses on commercial transactions across the sports and entertainment industries, including sponsorships, media rights, licensing, venue and merchandising agreements, and other commercial contracts.

Although preference is for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, candidates in Los Angeles or other U.S. offices will be considered. The position offers collaboration with experienced sports practitioners across the firm and opportunities to work on complementary matters in corporate, IP, and real estate.

4–5 years of post-qualification transactional experience, preferably with direct sports-industry work
Proven experience drafting and negotiating sponsorship, media, licensing, and commercial agreements (e.g., naming rights, merchandising, ticketing, venue operations)
Admission to and good standing with the bar of the state where the candidate is located
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple matters, and effective teamwork and communication skills
