Mid-Level Tax Associate — Boston

Fast-growing tax team in Boston seeks a mid-level associate with transactional tax experience to advise on corporate and fund-related matters. The role supports M&A, partnership and LLC structuring, private equity and fund formation, real estate funds/REITs, and financing and capital markets transactions.

Successful candidates will work closely with corporate teams, contribute as part of deal teams, and take responsibility for substantial components of transactions. The group offers a collaborative, cross-practice environment with exposure to sophisticated transactional work.

• J.D. (Class of 2022–2023 mentioned in source); 3–4 years' post-qualification tax experience
• Experience in transactional tax matters: M&A, partnership/LLC work, fund formation, real estate tax, or related financing transactions
• Proven ability to work on teams and manage significant pieces of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
