Apply in confidence →Fast-growing Tax practice is seeking an associate with 3–6 years post-JD experience to join one of its U.S. offices (Washington, D.C., Boston or New York). The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters across a mix of transactional, advisory and tax-compliance work.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include advising on executive compensation arrangements and equity plans, analyzing tax consequences of compensation structures, preparing client memoranda and transactional documentation, and working closely with colleagues across tax and other practice groups.
The team offers exposure to sophisticated matters, collaborative workflows and a highly competitive total compensation package typical of major international firms.
- 3–6 years of post-JD experience, with a focus on executive compensation/employee benefits or tax
- J.D. and active bar admission (or eligible)
- Experience advising on equity compensation, nonqualified plans, and tax treatment of employee benefits
- Strong drafting and client-communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across practices
