Mid-Level Tax Associate — New York

Growing tax group in a major national firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its New York office. The role focuses on general transactional tax matters in support of corporate deals and fund work.

Work includes tax advice on mergers & acquisitions, partnership and LLC structuring, private equity and fund formation, real estate matters and related financing and capital markets transactions. The team works closely with corporate colleagues on client matters across industries.

• J.D. required; strong academic credentials
• 3–4 years of transactional tax experience (M&A, partnership/fund, real estate and related matters)
• Proven ability to work on teams and manage significant components of transactions independently
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; excellent written and verbal communication skills
