Mid-level Tax Associate — Project & Renewable Energy Finance, Los Angeles

Top-tier international law practice seeks a mid-level tax associate to join its global project, energy and infrastructure finance team in Los Angeles. The role is focused on tax structuring and analysis for investments in partnership-owned renewable energy assets, including wind and solar.

Work will center on tax-equity financings and partnership-level investment structures, collaborating with cross-office project finance and energy teams on domestic and cross-border transactions. The team handles large-scale transactions for sponsors, investors and lenders in the renewable sector.

• 3–5 years of tax experience, with demonstrated work on renewable energy transactions and tax-equity financings
• Experience structuring and analyzing partnerships owning renewable energy assets (e.g., wind, solar)
• Strong academic record; prior experience at a top-tier firm preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively on large, multidisciplinary transactions and communicate complex tax issues clearly
