Mid-Level Associate, Project & Energy Finance — Los Angeles

Joining a global project, energy and infrastructure finance team based in Los Angeles, this role focuses on financing transactions across renewable energy, infrastructure and natural resources. The position involves leading and supporting project financings, tax-credit monetization structures, and energy-transition matters for sponsors, lenders and investors.

The team works on cross-border and domestic financings within a large, integrated practice. Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing deal workstreams, liaising with clients and coordinating with specialists across debt, tax and regulatory areas.

• 3–5 years' experience in project finance, with a strong focus on renewable project finance preferred
• Experience with tax-credit monetization transactions, energy-transition or infrastructure financings
• Strong academic credentials; prior experience at a top-tier law firm preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage deal workstreams and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
