Associate — Energy & Climate Solutions / Tax

Seeking a transactional tax associate to join an Energy & Climate Solutions group focused on renewable and clean‑energy projects. The role involves advising on tax aspects of project development, project finance and securitization, and related commercial transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of law firm experience and experience with tax credits, tax equity and transferability structures. Preferred locations include San Francisco and Los Angeles, though candidates in other U.S. offices will be considered.

• 1–3 years of law firm experience in transactional tax work
• Experience with tax credits and tax equity transactions, including familiarity with IRC sections 45, 45X, 45Y, 45Z, 48 and/or 48E
• Comfort working with project finance, corporate and debt teams on cross‑disciplinary transactions
• JD and active bar admission (or ability to become admitted)
