Mid/Senior Associate, Private Investment Funds — Santa Monica

Seeking a mid-to-senior associate to join a Private Investment Funds group in Santa Monica. The role focuses on representing domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds on structuring, formation, and operational matters.

Work will include fund formations, financings, acquisitions and other alternative investment structures. Successful candidates will contribute on teams and also manage substantial components of transactions independently.

The team values collaborative, cross-practice work and strong written and verbal communication.

• 4-6 years' relevant private funds experience (PQE)
• Experience representing venture capital and private equity funds on formation, structuring and operations
• Proven ability to handle substantial matter components independently and work effectively in teams
• Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
