Midlevel Associate — Capital Markets & Public Companies

Growing national practice seeks a midlevel associate (3–5 years' relevant experience) to join its Capital Markets and Public Companies team. The role involves advising public companies on federal securities compliance, public and private offerings, stock exchange listing matters, and corporate governance issues.

Experienced candidates should be comfortable with both equity and debt capital markets work and will collaborate with deal teams across multiple U.S. offices. The position accepts applicants resident in several U.S. markets and requires active bar membership in the hiring office jurisdiction.

• 3–5 years' law firm experience with capital markets and public company work
• Solid experience with federal securities laws, public and private offerings, and stock exchange listing/compliance
• Experience with both equity and debt capital markets offerings preferred
• Strong academic record, analytical ability, and written/verbal communication skills
• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of the hiring office
