Midlevel Associate — Energy & Infrastructure

Seeking a midlevel associate to join a national energy and infrastructure practice. This role is open to candidates resident in Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, D.C.; the team handles complex transactional matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will work on energy-related transactions, support project finance matters, and collaborate with cross-office deal teams. This is a US-based, multi-office role with exposure to large-firm client representation and high-value, structured finance transactions.

• 4–5 years of experience at a large law firm, with energy-related transactional experience
• Project finance experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated drafting and deal execution skills on transactional matters
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-office teams and manage multiple matters
