This is a multi-office US opportunity; candidates may be based in any of the firm’s US offices, including Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Washington, DC.
The role focuses on representing institutional investors in private funds across private equity, private credit, real estate and co-investment structures. Day-to-day work includes negotiating and documenting investor-side fund investments and related transactions; experience with secondary purchase/sale agreements and fund formation is a plus but not required.
Ideal candidates will bring strong academic credentials, excellent communication and deal-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex investor-side matters.
- 3–5 years of relevant law firm, in-house, or government experience representing institutional investors in private funds
- Familiarity with private equity, private credit, real estate, and co-investment structures; secondary transactions or fund-formation experience a plus
- Strong academic record and proven analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of the office to which the candidate applies
