Top-tier international law firm seeks a midlevel real estate associate to join its corporate and business transactions–real estate team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will involve working on sophisticated commercial real estate matters across the full deal cycle.

Work will include acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and leasing for a range of asset types, and will require collaboration with colleagues across offices and other practice groups. The firm is looking for a candidate who can handle complex title and survey issues and contribute on multi-disciplinary transactions.

Applicants should be an active member of the bar in the state of the office to which they apply and be prepared to work on matters for large corporate and institutional clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

3–5 years of law firm real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and leasing
Strong knowledge of title and survey review and issue resolution
Active bar membership in the state of the hiring office
Excellent academic record, strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices
