Growing Technology Companies practice is seeking a mid‑level associate to join the San Francisco team. The role focuses on representing technology clients across corporate and transactional matters, including early‑ and late‑stage venture financings, M&A, and private and public offerings.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively on deal teams and take ownership of substantial components of transactions. Strong drafting and communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and experience at a comparable firm are required.

Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) and a current deal sheet are required for consideration.

Experience representing technology companies in venture financings, M&A, and private/public offerings
Track record of handling substantial transaction components independently and working on teams
Outstanding academic credentials and experience at a comparable law firm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; current deal sheet required
