National US banking and loan finance team at a leading international law firm is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its cross‑office practice. The team advises lenders, sponsors and corporates on a broad range of lending matters, including acquisition finance, asset‑based lending, syndicated TLA/TLB transactions, direct lending, note purchase private placements, receivables and equipment financings, and structured financings.

Associates will work on a highly varied transactional portfolio for both borrower and lender clients, in a collaborative, multi‑jurisdictional team. There is a preference for candidates based in New York or Washington, D.C., though qualified candidates with at least three years’ directly relevant experience will also be considered for other US offices.

Minimum ~3 years’ directly relevant banking/loan finance transactional experience.
Practical experience with syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition finance, ABL, and related UCC issues.
Strong drafting and deal execution skills and ability to collaborate with multi‑office teams.
Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission to a US state bar.
