Midlevel Corporate & Securities Associate — New York

Midlevel associate role in a busy Corporate & Securities team based in New York. The group advises on equity capital markets, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters for public and private companies across a range of industries.

The position offers the chance to work on sophisticated, nationally scoped matters alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Candidates should be prepared to handle public company reporting, assist on securities offerings and support governance and transactional work for corporate clients.

• Approximately 3 years post-qualification experience in public company reporting, capital markets, SEC compliance, and/or corporate governance.
• Experience with equity capital markets transactions and SEC filings is preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced matters.
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice (or expected admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.
