Top-tier national practice is seeking a midlevel Restructuring & Insolvency associate to join busy Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring teams. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (Charlotte, Portland, Seattle) and will involve working on complex insolvency matters across the firm’s U.S. platform.

Successful candidates will handle debtor- and creditor-side Chapter 11 work, state-law insolvency matters, asset sales and related litigation, with close mentoring from experienced restructuring lawyers and increasing client contact and responsibility.

The team values self-starters with strong academics, excellent written and oral communication, and a commitment to high-quality client service.

3–5 years of bankruptcy/insolvency experience (judicial clerkship in bankruptcy and/or commercial bankruptcy practice)
Experience with Chapter 11 matters; exposure to avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales preferred
Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong client-facing skills
Excellent academic record and written/verbal communication
State bar admission (California admission preferred but not required)
