Midlevel Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Bankruptcy

We are seeking a midlevel Restructuring & Insolvency associate to join one of several U.S. offices (Charlotte, Portland, or Seattle). The role offers exposure to commercial bankruptcy matters across Chapter 11 proceedings, state-law insolvency matters and out-of-court restructurings.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced restructuring lawyers across the U.S. platform, receive active mentoring, and assume increasing responsibility and client contact. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who enjoys collaborative team work and high-quality client service.

• 3-5 years' bankruptcy/restructuring experience (judicial clerkship in bankruptcy and/or practicing commercial bankruptcy lawyer)
• Experience representing debtors and/or creditors in Chapter 11 cases, state insolvency proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings
• Experience with avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales preferred
• California bar admission preferred but not required
• Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and ability to work independently and in teams
