Leverage Finance Associate — Global Finance (Multi-Office)

A leading law firm is seeking an associate with at least four years of substantive finance experience to join its Global Finance practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, including New York, Chicago, and Charlotte.

The position involves working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, with a particular emphasis on private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance is also valued.

The firm prefers candidates with strong deal experience at a large law firm, particularly in cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions. Candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

• At least four years of substantive finance experience
• Experience with bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions
• Exposure to private credit sponsor acquisition financings preferred
• Structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance experience a plus
• Strong deal experience at a large law firm, with a focus on cash flow lending and sophisticated finance transactions
• Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location
