Top-tier international law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate for its U.S. leverage finance practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (including New York, Chicago and Charlotte) and will sit on syndicated and club lending matters, sponsor acquisition financings and related structured lending transactions.

Ideal candidates will have substantial deal experience from a large law firm handling cash-flow lending and complex financing structures; experience with bank and non-bank lenders, private credit sponsor financings, and structured finance (including CLOs and fund finance) is a strong plus. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state of the office where they will be based.

Minimum 4 years of substantive finance experience (PQE)
Experience on syndicated and club lending transactions, including sponsor acquisition financings
Strong background in cash-flow lending and other sophisticated finance deals
Experience working with bank and non-bank financial institutions; structured finance/CLOs/fund finance a plus
Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location
