Mid–Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A) — Chicago

Chicago office seeking mid- to senior-level associates to join a busy corporate/M&A team. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate transactional matters, including recapitalizations, private equity investments and joint ventures.

Successful candidates will have experience managing deal teams and the full lifecycle of transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service. The office offers structured mentoring for lateral hires, a hybrid work model, and an active pro bono programme.

• Mid to senior-level associates (class years 2017–2021 or equivalent experience) with transactional M&A experience
• Demonstrated experience on purchase/sale transactions, private equity matters, or joint ventures; experience across deal lifecycle preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; excellent client-service orientation
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
