Top-tier corporate team in Boston is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join a Public M&A group. The role focuses on public-company M&A work across sectors including technology, life sciences, real estate and financial services, with frequent headline transactions and cross‑practice collaboration.

Successful candidates will work on both sell‑side and buy‑side public company transactions and related securities-law issues, developing broad transactional skills and acting as a strategic adviser to clients.

3–6 years of transactional experience, with substantial public-company M&A exposure
Strong academic credentials and demonstrable law‑firm M&A experience
Experience with technology and/or life sciences clients is a plus
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility) and submission of a detailed deal sheet
Excellent written and oral communication skills
