National US Banking & Finance team is hiring a mid‑level to senior associate to work on securitization, warehouse financing and related structured finance matters. The role will focus on transactions involving residential mortgage loans and other consumer assets, including SPV financings and other secured lending arrangements.

Successful candidates will join a multidisciplinary finance practice and will be placed in one of several US offices; the position involves both domestic and cross‑border financings and collaboration with teams across offices.

3+ years of law firm experience in securitization, warehouse financing or structured finance
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset classes strongly preferred
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in finance transactions
J.D.; admission or eligibility for admission to practice in a relevant US jurisdiction
Excellent drafting, analytical and teamwork skills
