Join a major US banking and finance team in New York supporting mortgage finance, securitization and related structured-finance matters. The group acts for financial institutions, investment managers and other capital providers on lender-focused transactions, including warehouse facilities, securitizations and related secondary-market deals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting diligence, coordinating closings and working with cross-functional teams on complex funding structures. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred.

This role is geared to mid-level to senior associates with transactional experience (3+ years) who are comfortable managing workstreams on sophisticated, high-volume financings and who seek professional development within a large, collaborative practice.

3+ years of post-qualification transactional experience in securitization, structured finance, mortgage finance or related lending
Practical experience with securitizations, warehouse financing and related documentation; experience with residential mortgage or consumer assets strongly preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
US law degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
