The successful candidate will lead hearings and contested proceedings, advise on land use and municipal-liability issues, and collaborate with a small, specialist team. This Toronto-based role is open to income or equity partner structures and is intended for a mid-senior to senior lawyer who can both handle complex advocacy and contribute to business development and team growth.

Call to the Ontario bar (or ability to be admitted in Ontario)
Established experience in municipal planning, land use/zoning and related litigation or tribunal advocacy
Proven ability to conduct hearings before tribunals and courts
Demonstrated business development skills; a portable or growing practice welcomed
Comfort working in a specialist, team-oriented environment
