Apply in confidence →Senior lawyer role leading complex cross-border corporate transactions for multinational clients. You will manage and implement global carve-outs, spin-offs, post-acquisition integrations, legal-entity rationalizations and related transactions, coordinating workstreams across jurisdictions and practice groups.
Day-to-day duties include drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents (stock and asset purchase agreements and ancillary agreements), managing cross-practice and local-counsel teams to achieve timely closings, identifying and resolving deal risks, and synthesizing high-volume stakeholder input.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign law degree plus LLM where applicable.
- Admission to the New York bar.
- Minimum 5 years' experience at a global law firm advising on cross-border corporate transactions.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating complex, multi-jurisdictional deals and managing cross-practice teams.
- Demonstrated ability drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents and working with tax advisors and other stakeholders; familiarity with project-management and deal-technology tools.
