There are multiple partner hires expected to support a growing private equity and investment management practice. The role will involve hands-on deal work, originating new opportunities and coordinating with cross‑border teams.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner track record in private equity fund formation and investment management
- Experience advising institutional clients and GPs on fund structures, governance and regulatory considerations
- Proven origination/business development ability and experience working across US–UK matters
