A newly qualified solicitor opportunity within a well-regarded clinical negligence team in central London. The role offers exposure to high-value, complex claimant work across birth injury, neonatal and paediatric matters, and a mix of court hearings, expert liaison and strategic litigation.

You will join a collaborative team, working closely with senior lawyers, counsel and experts. Responsibilities include client liaison, preparing witness statements and medical chronologies, drafting court applications and expert instructions, participating in hearings and settlement meetings, and contributing to quantum assessments and disclosure exercises.

The team is technically focused and client-centred, with scope for strong case ownership, development of advocacy and client-handling skills, and involvement in business development and team initiatives. The firm supports inclusive recruitment and aims to provide accessibility adjustments where needed.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ).
Completed a training seat in clinical negligence, personal injury or a closely related litigation area.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; comfortable with client-facing work.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and as part of a team; commercially aware and proactive.
