The successful candidate will manage a caseload of defendant motor fraud matters, supporting investigations, evidence gathering and litigation from inception to resolution. The team advises insurers on complex fraud disputes and is focused on practical, client-focused outcomes.

This is a strong early-career opportunity for an NQ solicitor or experienced paralegal looking to develop specialist motor fraud litigation skills within a collaborative team that offers clear progression and training.

NQ-qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal with interest in motor fraud litigation.
Experience of insurance or fraud-related litigation preferred; motor claims experience advantageous.
Knowledge of civil litigation procedure including pre-action protocols and CPR.
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; experience with case management systems.
Organised, able to manage competing deadlines and communicate with clients and third parties.
