Senior Associate role within a national insurance litigation team, handling complex catastrophic injury and large-loss claims. You will work on high-value multi-track matters from liability and coverage through to quantum, alongside senior lawyers in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Typical work includes advising on motor, employers' liability and public liability claims, conducting investigations, drafting pleadings and client reports, and managing interlocutory proceedings and CCMCs. The team acts for leading insurer and corporate clients and offers structured development and progression opportunities.

Minimum 5 years PQE with strong catastrophic injury / large loss experience
Proven personal injury litigation skills, including witness statements, medical record analysis and quantum assessment
Experience managing multi-track files, court timetables and interlocutory procedures (CCMCs)
Client-facing experience with strong commitment to service and ability to support business development
