Join a national dispute resolution team to work on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. The role supports cross-office instructions and covers contractual and commercial disputes, judicial review and procurement challenges, professional negligence, injunctions, reputation matters and contentious insolvency — often with an international element.

You will manage your own caseload with partner supervision, assist on larger matters, and take part in business development and client-facing initiatives. The team emphasises technical excellence, commercial awareness and collaboration across offices.

Qualified solicitor with c.4 years' post-qualification experience.
Solid contentious litigation experience across commercial disputes; arbitration experience advantageous.
Experience or interest in contentious insolvency is beneficial.
Proven ability to manage files, prioritise work and work with partner-level supervision.
Strong client focus, commercial awareness, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
