Of Counsel — Litigation (Insurance Recovery & Legacy Liability)

Seeking an Of Counsel to join a national litigation practice focused on insurance recovery and legacy liability matters. The role supports litigation of coverage disputes arising from long-tail claims, including asbestos, product liability, toxic tort and environmental matters.

This position is open to candidates for multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Miami, Dallas, Houston and Los Angeles). The team handles complex coverage litigation in both state and federal courts and works on high-volume legacy liability portfolios.

The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and will consider candidates with the specified experience level admitted to an appropriate U.S. bar.

• 7–9 years of law firm litigation experience (law firm PQE).
• Substantive experience litigating insurance-coverage disputes involving long-tail liability claims (asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and/or environmental).
• Proven courtroom and motion practice skills in state and/or federal courts.
• Active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction; ability to be admitted where role is based.
